Conversations and Contemplations is a brand new series designed to enhance your well-being by providing practices for healthy habits and routines for your body and mind.

Yoga is best described as a self-study. You will learn about yourself by examining the behavior of your mind. You will engage in meditation and breathing practices to elevate your consciousness. You will be offered the opportunity to share in group conversations and contemplations to learn from one and other.

Each class in this series will consist of an opening meditation, lecture, opportunity for group conversations, and sharing of experiences. The class will end with a soothing guided meditation known as Yoga Nidra. Participation is optional. All are welcome. No experience is necessary. Investment: $199 General Public; $180 Indigo Members

If you are unable to attend by livestream, the class recording will be emailed to you. A Zoom link will be provided so that you may join from home.
